Is it only for engineering students?

1. Who we are
competenzee.com is run by GrayMatter Technologies ("we"), the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our products fluenZee (fluenzee.co.in), placeeaZee (placeeazee.com) and recruitZee (recruit.competenzee.com) each have their own privacy policy, which applies once you use them.
2. What we collect on this site
This site has no accounts and sets no cookies. We collect personal data only if you send a demo request: your name, organisation, work email, an optional phone number and your message. The request is sent as an email from your own email app; the site itself does not store it.
3. Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
4. Third parties
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- Links to our products and to other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
5. How long we keep it
Demo emails are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to 12 months afterwards, then deleted, unless you become a customer and a contract needs them for longer.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Write to the Grievance Officer below and we will reply as soon as possible, and within 90 days.
7. Grievance Officer

8. Security and breaches
The site is served only over HTTPS. If a personal-data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

2. Information only
Descriptions, screenshots, dashboards and stories on this site are illustrative. Anything marked SAMPLE, including scores, cohorts, funnels and student stories, is example data, not real results. We do not promise any placement, job offer, score or hiring outcome.
3. Third-party names
Practice tests and rounds are written by us in the style of tests and companies such as SVAR, Versant, SpeechX, IELTS, TOEFL, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and others. They are not the official tests, scores from them are not official scores, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those organisations. Their names and marks belong to their owners.
4. Our content
The site's text, design, code, logos and the Ezeee mascot belong to GrayMatter Technologies. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. The three.js library is used under its MIT licence.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or scrape the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on information on it.
